·         Community Connections.  952.988.5350  A service of the Hopkins Minnetonka Family Resource Center providing Information and Referral Service to the community using a variety of resources.

·         Adult Options in Education.  952.988.5343  Offers GED, Adult Diploma, English as a Second Language, Job Readiness, and Family Learning classes without charge.

·         Intercongregational Communities Association (ICA).  952.938.0729  The Hopkins Minnetonka Family Resource Center serves as an access point for services provided by ICA, including a food shelf, financial and transportation assistance. www.icafoodshelf.org

·         Teens Alone.   952.988.TEEN  Provides prevention and crisis intervention counseling services to homeless and runaway teens (ages 10 - 17), those at-risk, and their families.   Services include: short-term individual and family counseling, and referrals. www.teensalone.org

·         HousingLink site.  A list of affordable housing vacancies in Hennepin County, plus information and referral on housing issues and problems. www.housinglink.org

·         Mothers and Children Food Program (MAC).  651.484.8241  Provides food packages to income eligible women with children under age six and pregnant women. www.2harvest.org

·         Nutrition Assistance Program for Seniors (NAPS).  651.484.8241  Provides food assistance to low-income seniors who meet federal income guidelines. www.2harvest.org

·         Hennepin County Economic Assistance.   Applications for food stamps, medical assistance, and cash assistance through Hennepin County.  Applications by appointment only.  Call 952.988.5350 for more information.

·         Project Starfish.   952.988.5350  A service of the Hopkins Minnetonka Family Resource Center providing voluntary one on one assistance with accountability to families and individuals.
